Your information is used to deliver treatment, coordinate care between clinicians in your team, process funding claims and communicate with your referring practitioner.
Sharing your information
We only share health information with your consent, with your treating team, or where required by law. We never sell personal information.
Storage and security
Records are stored in secure, access-controlled Australian clinical systems and retained in line with state health record legislation.
Access and corrections
You may request access to your records or ask us to correct them at any time by contacting our Practice Manager.
